Goodfit is a husband & wife team and was conceived in early 2020 when we struggled to find puzzles that were design-forward and unique while staying approachable, sustainable and unfussy. We believe that puzzles should spark imagination and conversation, and we’re excited to highlight artists whose work we love with each new edition.

We strive to create a premium product and will continue to improve it over time. We use thick, premium cardboard made from recycled material that is finished with a linen texture to create a clean, low-to-no glare, non-slip piece that has a wonderful hand feel.

Both of our 500 and 1000 piece puzzles are the same box size and finished size (50x70cm) unless otherwise noted. Because they use the same amount of material, they are priced the same.

The main difference between our 500 and 1000 piece puzzles will be the size of the individual puzzle pieces.

We look for creatives who have a unique perspective on every day life. It's important to us that they have a distinct point of view, style, and story.

But it goes both ways! We want creatives who believe in our vision, our medium, and our passion for connecting to people.

We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.

It all depends on where you are and the shipping method you choose. All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number that will provide a much more accurate day of arrival estimate.

That's super frustrating and tops our "not cool" list. First, we're incredibly sorry that's happened. While we pack every order ourselves and do our best to ensure that it's packed securely and shipped in a timely manner we unfortunately can't handle the entire process and accidents sometimes happen.

If you'd like a replacement, ensure that the shrink wrap is still intact and reach out to us and we'll try to make it right.

Unfortunately, at this time we're unable to replace packages that have been stolen or lost once marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local carrier for more information.

We hold ourselves to incredibly high standards and we want to solve any issues you're having but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We offer a subsidized, flat rate of $5.95 for all domestic shipping. Orders that exceed $40 receive free shipping.

If your package is returned to sender due to an error with the shipping address provided to us, we can offer a reshipment for a fee of $9 to cover the additional label. If you decline to reship, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee paid.

We do not profit from any shipping costs.

We accept all major payment methods including most credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

At the moment, we do not accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, or crypto currency.
